For one-time purchases of digital guides, reports, or other downloadable content:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the content within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a refund.
  • If the digital product is substantially different from what was advertised or contains significant errors, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Consultation Services

For personal trading consultation services and other advisory services:

3.1 Cancellation Before Service Delivery

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once within 30 days at our discretion.

3.2 Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our consultation services:

  • If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please notify us within 24 hours after the session.
  • We may offer a partial refund or a follow-up session at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances.
  • Any refund determination will be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice:

  • The service will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
  • At our discretion, we may offer one opportunity to reschedule within 14 days for a rescheduling fee of 25% of the original service cost.

4. Membership Programs

For annual or multi-month membership programs:

4.1 Cooling-off Period

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel your membership for a full refund.
  • If you have accessed any premium content during this period, a reasonable usage fee may be deducted from your refund.

4.2 Cancellation After Cooling-off Period

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period, annual memberships may be cancelled for a prorated refund, less a 15% administrative fee.
  • The prorated refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your membership term.
  • No refunds will be issued for the final 30 days of any membership term.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, email address associated with the purchase, and order number

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 7 business days of approval, please contact our support team.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services:
